Payments & Donations
Donations and course fees are processed securely.
All donations to NEPS are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, we will provide tax-deductible receipts for qualifying donations.
User Conduct

Harass participants or instructors.
Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
Use our platform for any purpose inconsistent with our nonprofit educational mission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEPS and its officers, directors, and volunteers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to NEPS in the past 12 months.

Digital Courses & Programs
Because our content is digital and immediately accessible, all sales and enrollments are final and non-refundable unless a specific course or program explicitly offers a money-back guarantee on its sales page.
Exceptions
If a program includes a written guarantee period (e.g., 14 or 30 days), requests must be submitted within that timeframe and may require proof of engagement with the material.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Donations
Donations to NEPS are non-refundable as they support our ongoing educational mission. We encourage donors to consider their gift carefully.
Subscriptions / Recurring Gifts
You may cancel recurring donations or subscriptions at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the current period. No prorated refunds.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and may be contested.
